Criminological signs of drug crime in the region of responsibility of the member states of the collective security treaty organization

Criminological characteristics of drug-related crime in the region of responsibility for the member states of the Collective Security Treaty Organization are considered in the article on the basis of doctrinal indicators of crime: the interstate nature of drug trafficking, the existence of well-established routes of drug trafficking through the Central Asian region, the drug pressure of opioid drugs of Afghan origin. The existence of its own raw material base for drug production and other peculiarities made it possible to define distinctive features of drug-related crime in the region.
