Criminological analysis of the nazi criminal hierarchy

The article examines the criminal-legal and criminological characteristics of the hierarchythat has developed in the criminal communities of the Nazi persuasion. The identity of the achievementof leadership in the Nazi community to the occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchyhas been established (Article 2101 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). The features of thecriminal hierarchy that has developed in Nazi-style organizations are given. The leaders of the Nazicriminal hierarchy are distinguished by a variety of attributes of Nazi content. The directions ofcriminological prevention of the occupation of the highest position in the criminal hierarchy of the Nazisense are given. Preventive measures at the individual level are aimed at overcoming the attributivemanifestations of the criminal hierarchy of the type in question.
