Criminological and forensic prevention of extremism (based on the material of new subjects of the Russian Federation). Part 2. Anti-extremist prevention in the conditions of new subjects of the Russian Federation

The second part of the research paper "Criminological and criminalistic prevention of extremism (based on the material of new subjects of the Russian Federation)" is presented. The relevance is substantiated, the goals and objectives of the stage are formulated. Based on observations of the criminogenic situation and the analysis of court decisions, the determinants of extremism operating among the youth of the new subjects of the Russian Federation have been identified. Accordingly, they have formed the directions of anti-extremist prevention in relation to the conditions of the specified territory. The measures of general social prevention are specified – the creation of a regional concept of spiritual and moral education, the development of a system of cultural and leisure activities, psychological and pedagogical support for community groups and individuals of extremist orientation. In the preventive aspect, the manifestations of extremism among students are investigated. The effectiveness of preventive measures is due to the effective identification of signs of an extremist personality, carried out using operational investigative prevention measures. The results obtained form the methodological basis for the final stage of this research.
