On the basis of the theory of total quality management (TQM) a criterial model for post-graduates training quality: «the possibilities» and «the results» of the system is presented. It is offered to apply a standard criterial model characterising quality of post-graduates training provision (quality of educational programmes and innovative environment of the University) for the evaluation of «the possibilities». A competence model characterising quality of each post-graduate readiness for professional activity is supposed to be applied for the evaluation of «the results».
