Criterion-scoring method of university of EMERCOM of Russia junior commanders preparedness level to performing the official responsibilities evaluating

We presented the junior commanders training of the university of EMERCOM of Russia as an urgent educational task of fire-technical personnel professional training. We give the analysis of the cadet division management system structure. We formulated problematic issues of junior commanders training in the educational practice of the university EMERCOM of Russia. We gave the description of the authors developed method and implemented a criterion-scoring method of assessing the level of preparedness of a candidate for the position of junior commanding staff for the duties of a junior commander in the training group. Own systems of penalty points on the severity levels of the candidates preparedness main criteria for junior commander posts and the empirical formula developed by the authors for calculating candidate scores for management activities in the study group are presented. We presented results of pedagogical measurements in experimental and control groups during the pedagogical experiment.
