Criteria for international recognition of research results conducted in domestic forensic organizations

The article is devoted to the problem of developing criteria for international recognition of the results of research conducted in domestic forensic organizations. In the era of globalization, the issue of international recognition of the results of forensic research is becoming particularly relevant. The lack of unified criteria for the recognition of the results of forensic examinations gives rise to a number of problems affecting international cooperation. The problems affect a variety of methodological approaches, legal aspects, creating barriers to effective interaction of international bodies in the field of justice, and may also lead to the fact that the results of research from some countries may not be recognized in others. The author has formulated proposals for defining criteria for international recognition of the results of research conducted in domestic forensic organizations. The scientific and practical significance lies in the attempt to form universal criteria for the recognition of the results of research conducted in domestic forensic organizations in the context of advanced international concepts and trends in the development of forensic expertise in the near future.
