Criteria and methods of sociological assessing of professionalism of municipal employees

In the process of development of local self- government in Russia the problem of professionalism of municipal employees, which is the significant factor in the efficiency of municipal administration, became actual. The article defines the criteria and methods of sociological assessing of the professional, social and personal competence and also the management culture of municipal employees, which in total allow to assess their level of professionalism in general.
