Effectiveness criteria of the enterprise management system restructuring

In the present article the author makes an attempt to determine her position towards the enterprise management system restructuring. The author defines the problem of traditional economic methods used to estimate the level of the management system effectiveness. It is suggested to use special effectiveness criteria as a universal instrument in a situation of management system restructuring.
