Criteria of management efficiency of a branch network of a large company of telecommunication services

The article analyzes the dynamics of income, expenditure and cost structure of theGK Kazakhtelecom JSC. To control the branch network of the GK KazakhtelecomJSC, it is required to monitor key performance indicators of individual branchesof a large company.As criteria of management efficiency of a branch network of a large companyof telecommunication services, it is proposed to use the absolute incrementalperformance indicators. Incremental performance indicators allow evaluating theresult with the additional involvement of the resource unit at the level of individualbranches. For this purpose the two-level model of a large company is presented bydecomposition method in the form of the model management apparatus on thefirst level and models of management subsystems at the second level (branches,regional directorate of telecommunications, representative offices, subsidiariesand affiliates).
