Criteria of efficiency of foreign policy

The Article is devoted to criteria of efficiency vneshnei policy. The basic characteristic of foreign policy is its effectiveness. Encyclopedic interpretation of this category is: "Effective, giving the effect of leading to the desired results, effective. Hence the efficiency, effectiveness". In the modern theory of international relations discourse of the concept of efficiency is formed in several ways. In this review, attention will be paid to the levels of understanding of efficiency, the evaluation criteria and the problem of creating "optimal space of action" as a condition of effectiveness of foreign policy.
