Criteria for insolvency of a debtor who is an individual for declaring it bankrupt

On the basis of a brief legal analysis of the Law "On Insolvency (Bankruptcy) and the views of legal scholars, the publication examines the normative concept of insolvency (bankruptcy) of an individual - a citizen through the disclosure of the content of its two main elements: insolvency and non-payment, as independent criteria that can be present both simultaneously and separately from each other, while characterizing the financial position of the debtor
