Criteria for assessing the efficiency of the sports and health activities in the university on the base of health- saving technologies

The article deals with the modern problems of health-saving technologies and their application in practical classes in applied and elective courses (modules) of physical culture and sport at the Moscow State University of Technology and Management named after K.G. Razumovsky (PKU). New approaches are presented that allow improving the organization and conducting the educational process based on health-saving technologies, indicators of students' physical training, reducing the number of exempted from practical exercises and increase the attendance rates.
