Criteria for the limitation of administrative offenses and criminal offenses

The article indicates the relevance of the delimitation of an administrative offense and a crime. The criteria by which it is necessary to distinguish administrative offenses from crimes are analyzed. The most problematic and controversial points of view are indicated, namely, those that relate to the degree of public danger, the relationship between criminal and administrative legislation is drawn.
