Criteria of rationality of economic relations regulation

In the article three levels of criteria of rationality of economic relations regulation are justified: - Social criteria the principal one of which is increase of material welfare indicated in Gross Domestic Product (GDP) figures; - Legal criteria of normative regulation: stability of legislation, number of sub legislative norms, formal definiteness of responsibilities and prohibitions in public relations of economic activity subjects, presence of norm about legal responsibility of government agencies and officials and their realization mechanism; - Legal criteria of individual regulation (law enforcement): legality, motivated and justified acts of court, commonality of law enforcement practice, judicial lawmaking contra legem as interpretation. Both legal criteria of rationality of economic relations regulation are characterized by the criterion of definiteness of law.
