Criteria of legality of carrying out verification purchase on violations of copyright and related rights

The article deals with the problems of investigative activities “purchase operations” in cases on violations of copyright and neighbouring rights. Criteria of legality of such activity on the basis of the analysis of decisions of the European court of human rights and judicial practice of the Russian Federation are developed.
