Critical analysis of changes made to the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the field of identifying signs of economic insolvency of enterprises with state participation

The authors, based on an analysis of the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated May 15, 2024 N 282, and taking into account the modern realities of the functioning of enterprises with state participation, examine the effectiveness of the provisions of this Resolution in identifying signs of economic insolvency of such enterprises, and note existing problems in this area.
