In the article the critical approach of the Russian philosopher N.F. Fedorov to E. Kant's concept of theoretical and practical intelligence correlation is analyzed. Despite the generally Utopian character of Fedsorov's «Philosophy of Common Cause» in this main work of his one can find ideas correlated with attitudes of contemporary science. N.F. Fedorov intuitively grasped the idea of co-evolution as the basic principle of new natural philosophy. Co-evolution is one of the most important peculiarities of post-non-classical science and contemporary philosophy of science. Consequently, it arouses interest in a new interpretation of the Russian thinker's creative heritage.
