Кризис современного либерального мирового порядка как фактор возвышения Китая

В статье раскрывается сущность парадоксов и вызовов либерального миропорядка. Автор доказывает несоответствие между идеологическими декларациями экономического процветания и международной демократизации, с одной стороны, и избранными Западом методами осуществления этих идеалов и их реальных последствий - с другой. Кризис усугубляется как отступлением США от роли державы-гегемона, так и ростом политических амбиций КНР. С опорой на теорию гегемонистской стабильности описывается влияние Великой рецессии и пандемии COVID-19 на перемены в структуре дистрибуции власти, которая заключается в падении престижа Вашингтона и стремлении Пекина добиться большей инклюзивности стран Юга.
