Cross-technologies of the situational center - a cognitive infrastructure of design

The organization of a collective activity in a situational center is considered. Insufficient use of scientific potential is noted. Resources of a situational center are added by service team. The team consist of a coordinator, a methodologist, a psychologist and a program engineer. Very important component of the technology is prototyping by the rule: "The simplest option of system including the most complex element". Cross-technologies are considered as option of complex use of potential of various information resources. The example of the project of use of a situational center for fight against terrorism is given.
