Circum-Baikal uprising 1866 as the continuation of the rebellions of 1830-31 and 1863-64 in the Kingdom of Poland

Article is devoting to the Circum-Baikal uprising which occurred in 1866. The main events of the uprising are considered and an analysis is made of the relationship with the rebellions of 1830-31 and 1863-64 in the Kingdom of Poland. It was revealed that the main driving force of the Circum-Baikal uprising was the Poles.
