The strong leader, bright personality

The article is devoted to a person, well-known in Buryatia in the second half of the ХХ century, to a prominent founder of the higher technical education in the Republic. His name is Damnin Shagdurovich Frolov. Based on the facts, the paper demonstrates how this bright and talented Head of higher educational institute had to overcome difficult and dramatic situations of those times.
