Culture as expedience: philosophy of culture of V. M. Fritzsche and V. F. Pereverzev

The article is concerned with social approach to culture basing upon the case study of philosophy and cultural science ideas of V.M. Fritzsche and V.F. Pereverzev. The undertaken research demonstrates that representatives of social approach study the culture as a social phenomenon considering its functioning in the society from the perspective of suitability meeting the interests of particular social stratums or social environment.
