Culture of China as a factor in Chinese political history

In the article the author proposes to consider Chinese culture as a factor of Chinese political history. The urgency of this problem is determined by the increased influence of China on global political and economic processes, and by the fact that in the realities of the second decade of the XXI century, it was official Beijing that was among the priority partners of the Russian Federation in the international arena, which was absent as a foreign policy factor during the earlier period of Russian-Chinese relations.
