Culture of thinking and information culture in the process of cognition of the world

As a research task, the author identified an attempt to assess the state of the definition of the concept of "information culture" and its relation to the concept of "culture of thinking". The article substantiates the idea that dialectical thinking based on reason is a tool for processing information as generating new knowledge.
