Culture of thinking as a factor of increasing the competitiveness of higher education institution graduates

The problem of a culture of thinking is considered. It is shown that a culture of thinking is the degree of a person's mastery of the techniques, norms and rules of mental activity, expressed in the ability to formulate tasks, choose the best methods for solving these tasks and get reasonable conclusions, and use these conclusions correctly for practice. A culture of thinking is to be focused on thinking, learning, understanding and collaboration. It is noted that the culture of thinking increases not only the purposefulness, organization, efficiency of any type of activity, but also the growth of competitiveness of university students. The pedagogical conditions of the development of a culture of students' thinking in higher education is considered. The interrellation of the formation of students' thinking culture with the value-semantic aspects of the educational enviroment is shown. The scientific article describes the experience of Tyumen state university in the development of creative abilities and qualities of students.
