Cancel culture and personal dignity

In the article, the author analyzes the legal consequences of applying the “Culture of Cancellation”. As part of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that the use of the “Culture of Cancellation” can have civil legal consequences in the form of causing moral harm. According to the author, moral harm is manifested in the moral experiences of the "canceled person", in which human dignity is diminished. At the same time, the author concludes that there is no civil law mechanism for the protection of violated personal nonproperty rights in the current legislation when applying the “Culture of Cancellation”.
