The competency-based approach to the training of Bachelors and Masters of Education requires including the pedagogical rhetoric in the curricula of universities. It will form the communicative culture of future teachers, will prepare them for a qualitative use of professional types of speech activity, expressive means of speech, writing, monologue, dialogic and polylogic genres.
