The cultural predisposition and successful professional adaptation of university's graduates

The article deals with the problem of compliance of professional knowledge and skills of graduates with the real requirements imposed on them by employers. The solution to this problem may be associated with the formation of adequate strategies of labor behavior, which are determined by the organizational and cultural predisposition of the graduate, on the one hand, and the organizational culture in the organization that provided him with a job, on the other. The present article contains a brief review of theoretical developments on this subject and some results of the authors' empirical research.
