Cultural and leisure program from concept to implementation: actualization of key concepts

The article is devoted to the problem of improvement of professional training of students-future specialists of leisure on the basis of actualization of basic concepts of technology of cultural and leisure programs. The original key concept actually acts cultural and leisure program, forming the essential properties which, in the opinion of the author, enclosed in its structural values - «culture», «leisure», «program», the assimilation of the functional role which will give students a comprehensive view of the program as a cultural form. In addition, the article reveals the functional role of the concept as an essential element of the plan, which determines the ideological content of the program, the features of the selection and processing of expressive means, compositional construction and its Director-staging support. Mastering the key positions of the technology of cultural and leisure programs, according to the author, will allow future specialists to more clearly represent the cultural and leisure program as the object and subject of their professional activities, to carry out the organization of these programs that can, along with other forms of culture, effectively participate in the formation of the spiritual world of the individual and society.
