The article is devoted to the study of archaeological finds of stone artifacts from layer 129 at the Mukhkai II multilayer Early Paleolithic site. Explorations atMukhkai II have been going on since 2008. During the years of the site study by exploratory trench revealed an Early Pleistocene stratum, which is 73 m thick. The most ancientstone tools were discovered in layer 129 at the depth of 68. 6-72. 7 m from the reference point. The article characterizes the stratigraphy of the excavation trench that revealedstone artefacts, describes the collection of flint tools and defines the most probable datingand cultural attribution of the finds
