Cultural and educational work - socio-cultural activity: to the department history

East Siberian state Institute of culture is 60 years! In advance of the significant date, it is customary to recall the glorious way the Institute has gone and make plans for the future. The article highlights some important biographical data on the stages of the department of socio-cultural activity formation and development, that is of the same age as the Institute, provides the main historical dates on the basis of the archival materials and personal memoirs of the oldest members of the department, historical facts from the history of one of the oldest departments of East Siberian Institute of culture are reproduced.
