Cultural and educational function of Russia

This article examines current issues of the concept of the cultural and educational function and its place in the social policy of the Russian Federation. Particular attention has paid to the doctrinal concepts of the cultural and educational function of the Russian Federation and the approach to understanding it used in legislation. Based on the results of this article, an up-to-date doctrinal and legal definition of the cultural and educational function and its composition were formed.
