Cultural heritage of Hulunbuir steppe: problems and prospects

The article is devoted to the description and analysis of the current state of cultural heritage of Hulunbuir steppes, the mechanisms for achieving ecological balance in the natural and human environment. The author writes about the results of desertification of the steppe and indicates the special value of the acquired experience in solving environmental problems through the administration of a complex system: a man-culture-nature-production in the steppe zone. The article also discusses the possible ways out of the situation: syncretization of culture and education, promotion of mass movements of working people to other areas, re-cultivation of rational use of land by pastoralists, greening of agriculture, development of meadow steppe culture. The fact is especially highlighted that the future of Hulunbuir steppe is concerned not only with the solution of environmental problems, but also with the rational preservation of ethno-cultural peculiarities.
