Senses of culture as a socio-economic development of the Republic of Buryatia

The article is devoted to the relationship of culture and socio-economic development of the region in the case of the Republic of Buryatia. The process of self-organization in social systems and economic development are explained on the analysis of cultural processes. The trend and development forecast of the Republic is based on the selection and specific economic growth factors grouping.
