Cultural cluster as a means of developing ethnocultural values of student youth

In this article considered essential characteristics “ethno cultural values of youth” and “cultural cluster” argues for relevance and need to create cultural clusters to develop the ethno cultural values of young people. State regulations are being considered, pointing to the need to create and develop ethno cultural values in modern society, creating cultural clusters in the regions, their relevance and importance at the present stage. Based on the study, it is also that the creation and functioning of cultural clasters in a particular region and the country not only will it lead to better cultural climate and competitive cultural development, as a whole will contribute to the formation and development of the ethno cultural values of student youth, there is a need conceptualize a clatter-based cultural approach.
