Cumulation of socio-economic factors in the spatial development of Russia

He article analyzes the influence of basic socio-economic factors: the pace of economic development, agglomeration effect, functional structure of the cities, economic zoning, the concentration of budget resources, intergovernmental fiscal relations, economy, the socio-economic development, structure, quality of life, etc. for the spatial development of Russia. The authors using the technique of the SWOT-analysis of the rank-Ute indicators into two groups - strengths and weaknesses, draw conclusions about the opportunities and threats to development
