The policy of conservatism is a matter of time, not the whim of the authorities

The article reveals the character of the conflicting value-oriented priorities of the modern international community and Russia, which will not allow establishing harmonic relations, because they are generated by different civilization cultures. So in order to survive and thrive, Russia should focus on the conservative base of the management, which has proven its effectiveness. At the same time Russia should take into account the contemporary realities and its present world position.
