Qualified personnel for the sphere of the housel utilities and utilities: problems of provision and training

The article deals with the issues of providing qualified personnel in the sphere of housing and communal services. The current state of the housing and communal services sector, the presence of elements of crisis phenomena in the Russian economy impose special requirements on the development of the personnel potential of the industry. The problems of staffing and training of specialists for the housing and communal sector are identified. Directions for solving the problems of the system of professional training of qualified workers in the housing and communal services sector are proposed.
