Qualification of distributorship contracts

The article analyzes and summarizes various positions of the doctrine and law enforcement practice on the legal qualification of distributorship contracts which are not named in the legislation. Due to the wide spread of distributorship contracts in business relations, the study of the legal nature and content of the institute is relevant. The author based on the method of comparative law, technical and legal analyses, specification and interpretation, proposed the concept of a distributorship contract and attempted to justify its mixed legal nature.
