Qualification of cadastral relations in the subject of civil law

The article discusses the key issues of determining the subject of civil law from the perspective of assigning cadastral relations to it, since at present civil law does not formulate a position regarding the existence of such relations in the subject of civil law. The author analyzes the definitions of cadastral relations proposed by other specialists, the norms of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, in which, in his opinion, there are signs of such relations, and formulates his own definition of cadastral relations.
