Qualification of theft on the qualifying signs

The article indicates the qualifying signs of theft, provided for by Part 2 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code. The analysis of qualification features is carried out taking into account modern judicial practice of a normative and casual nature. To conclude that the judiciary as a whole correctly applies the criminal law and does not make mistakes in qualifying the secret theft of another's property.
