Definition of illegal actions during bankruptcy on the basis of causing large damage

Purpose: This study aims to reveal features of legal definition of illegal actions during the bankruptcy process on the basis of causing large damage. Methodology: Legalistic, comparative and logical methods were used, as well as method of system analysis. Results: Based on the analysis of legislative, theoretical and practical approaches, the paper analyzes the qualitative component of the damage casued by illegal actions during bankruptcy and the calculation of its quantitative indicators, as well as of the mechanism of causation of such crimes and their ceasing. Novelty/originality/value: The importance of work is that the author has determined the content of damage from illegal actions during the bankruptcy process and, based on such damage, has defined the moment of ceasing of such crimes and different criteria of their legal definition.
