The article examines the practice of qualifying crimes committed upon acceptance of delivered goods, performed work or services rendered to meet state and municipal needs. The criminal-legal status of a member of the acceptance committee is determined. The author substantiates and comments on possible options for qualifying the signing of the acceptance document by the customer’s representative in case of non-fulfillment by the contractor of his obligations which include: complicity in misappro-priation or embezzlement, fraud, abuse in procurement, complicity in abuse of authority.
