The article considers the peculiarities of qualification of organization and maintenance of dens for using drugs and psychotropic substances and their analogous committed by a group of persons on a preliminary collusion or by an organized group. Indications of such concepts as "a group of persons on a preliminary collusion"and "an organized group"are analyzed; examples of law enforcement practice are given.
