Classification of public utility crimes

The article deals with the legal analysis of public utility crimes, the features of their classification. The analyzed crimes are classified into following groups: embezzlement, illegal entrepreneurship, abuse of authority or exceeding of authority, corruption. The authors believe that a comprehensive approach should be used when classifying complex multiple criminal schemes in public utility.
