Qualifications of a crime in error with respect to a person aggravating circumstance of the offense, under paragraph «G» of P. 2 of art. 105 CC RF

The article is about qualifications problem when criminal makes a mistake about qualificatory factors of crime. This article considered different alternatives of qualification on example of murder a pregnant woman. In this article all possible versions of qualification are criticized. The author proves the most reasonable variant and offer it for using in qualification of other crimes.
