Qualifications courses of judges

The article discusses the role of the qualification board of judges in the judicial system of the Russian Federation. Qualification boards of judges, in accordance with Article 18 of the Law on the Status of Judges in the Russian Federation, are created to consider the following issues: on the selection of candidates for the position of judge; on the suspension or termination of the powers of the judge; on the termination of the resignation of a judge; to ensure the integrity of the judge; on the certification of judges and assigning him qualification class.
