Qualimetry in the field of social public services: ensuring target and effectiveness

Relevance: the article examines the use of qualimetric methods to assess and improve the quality of social public services, with an emphasis on ensuring their targeting and effectiveness. Social services provided by government which plays a key role in supporting vulnerable groups and ensuring social justice. However, their quality and availability often remain unsatisfactory, which leads to inefficient use of resources and a decrease in citizens’ trust in government institutions. Qualimetry, as the science of measuring and assessing quality, offers a systematic approach to solving these problems. Research objectives: theoretical foundations of qualimetry, its role in public administration, as well as practical aspects of the implementation of qualimetric methods in the social sphere are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development of criteria for assessing the quality of services, such as accessibility, timeliness, recipient satisfaction and efficiency in the use of resources.
