Quasi-judicial resolution of administrative legal disputes in Russia on the example of disputes in the field of cadastral real estate assessment

The author explores aspects of the establishment and development of the quasi-judicial appeal procedure in Russia using the example of disputes commissions on the results of determining the cadastral value. It analyzes the concept of a «quasi-judicial body», notes the advantages of a quasi-judicial consideration of administrative disputes. He comes to the conclusion that quasi-judicial appeal may become an alternative to administrative legal proceedings in resolving administrative legal disputes in other areas of government.
