Kyrgyz Republic in the system of international obligation in the field of protection of human rights

The article considers the legal system of the Kyrgyz Republic, as well as the norms of international law and the norms of national law. In the Kyrgyz Republic, international norms prevail over national norms. And in some states, the main law states that international treaties enter into force after implementation.
